The short version
- Your email content is processed only when you click an AI.Reply button, and only to generate the text you asked for.
- We do not store your emails, sell your data, or use your messages to train AI models.
- Nothing is ever sent from your account without you clicking send.
1. Who we are

2. What the extension accesses
AI.Reply runs on Gmail pages only. When you click one of its buttons, it reads the content of the email thread you are currently viewing so it can generate a relevant reply, summary, forward introduction or composed email. It does not scan your inbox in the background, and it does not access other websites.
3. How email content is processed
Thread content is transmitted securely to our AI processing service solely to generate the output you requested, and is discarded after the response is produced. Email content is not retained, logged for reuse, sold, or used to train machine-learning models.
4. What we collect on this website
- Contact form and newsletter: the name, email address and message you choose to submit, used only to respond to you or send updates you opted into.
- Analytics: with your consent, privacy-respecting usage analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to improve the site. No advertising trackers.
5. Cookies
This website uses one functional cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics scripts load only after you allow them.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the service (hosting, AI processing, form delivery), each bound to process it on our instructions.
7. Security
All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Access to operational systems is restricted and credential-protected.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as contact-form submissions) by emailing support.ai.reply@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click.
9. Children
AI.Reply is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced in the extension or by email to subscribers.
