1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the AI.Reply Chrome extension and this website, operated by ASAI Technology ("we", "us"), Noida, India. By installing the extension or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

AI.Reply is a browser extension that generates email drafts, summaries and related text inside Gmail using artificial intelligence. All generated content is a draft: you review it and you decide whether to send it. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI.Reply to:

  • send spam, phishing, harassment or unlawful content;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of messages;
  • violate Gmail's or Google's terms of service;
  • reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the service or its APIs.

We may suspend access for violations.

4. Your content and responsibility

You retain all rights to your emails and to the drafts you send. AI-generated text can contain errors; you are solely responsible for reviewing every draft before sending and for the consequences of emails sent from your account.

5. Accounts, plans and payment

The core extension is free. If paid plans are offered, prices and inclusions are stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds: if a paid plan isn't right for you, contact support.ai.reply@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The AI.Reply name, extension, website, design and content are the property of ASAI Technology. Gmail and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC; AI.Reply is an independent product not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASAI Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
